Other Information of Interest
- The Anaga Rural Park extends over the northeast of Tenerife, from the sea up to peaks over 1,000 m, shaped by the trade winds.
- It hosts one of the highest concentrations of endemic flora and fauna in Europe.
- For centuries, its forests provided food, shelter, and resources for the island’s original inhabitants. Today, they remain the island’s green lungs and a vital part of its cultural identity.
Disconnect, relax, and reconnect with nature.
In Anaga, we find the grounding energy of earth, the expansive flow of air, and the vital movement of water—elements that invite us to flow, connect, and feel.

- For hygiene reasons, we recommend bringing your own materials. If this is not possible, we can provide them with prior notice.
- Please let us know in advance about any specific conditions or mobility requirements so we can best assist you.
Benefits
- The lush laurel forests of Anaga offer fresh, humid air, vibrant greenery, and the soothing sounds of nature—rustling branches, birdsong, and the trade winds through the trees.
- Practicing forest bathing, yoga, or meditation in this natural sanctuary allows you to recharge with Mother Nature’s energy.
Inspired by the Japanese therapy Shinrin-yoku, forest bathing invites you to release stress, calm the mind, and connect deeply with your surroundings through breathing and sensory awareness.
