What We Will Do
- Enjoy a walking tour through one of Tenerife’s most emblematic cities (choose from: Santa Cruz de Tenerife, La Laguna, La Orotava, Puerto de la Cruz, Garachico, or Adeje).
- Take part in a Wellness activity of your choice: Yoga, Shinrin-yoku (Forest Bathing), or Meditation / Mindfulness.
In Detail
Discover your chosen city from a new perspective. A professional interpreter-guide will lead you on a walking tour through its historic quarter and most representative landmarks. Along the way, you’ll learn about the city’s origins, its urban development, and the culture and natural surroundings that have shaped its identity.
During the tour, we will integrate the Wellness activity in a suitable urban natural space, such as a park, beach, or natural pool. You can enhance your experience by adding a gastronomic stop or visits to local museums and cultural sites (see details below).

Other Interesting Facts
For centuries, the Guanche people lived in harmony with nature in Tenerife. After the conquest in 1496, the island underwent profound social and architectural changes, still visible today.
This experience combines cultural discovery with mindfulness and wellbeing, offering a different way to connect with the city and with yourself. In some destinations (Santa Cruz or Puerto de la Cruz), there is also the possibility of adding Water Yoga or Aqua Wellness in private aquatic facilities (extra entrance fees apply).
Take a break in the heart of a lively city—listen to your body, breathe, and allow yourself a few minutes of reconnection, even if you don’t have time for a longer tour.
