What distinguishes Travegali from other travel portals?
Our portal specialized in accessible tourism has photographs and information about available accessible rooms. People with reduced mobility can book their trip knowing the key accessibility features of each accommodation and make an informed decision. How do I book with Travegali?
You can do it through the web:
- Search for a destination or hotel from the list. Select dates, number of rooms, number of adults and children.
- The results will appear. You can refine your search by selecting an accommodation type, category, price and accessible facilities.
- A list of available accommodations for the dates indicated will be displayed. If you want to see the rooms of each hotel, click on the “show all options” dropdown. You will see an orange or green circle next to the room type. The orange circle indicates the room is available on request, while the green circle allows direct booking.
- Here are two cases:
- If the reservation is direct (green color), you only have to select the desired room and make the payment. Your accessible room will be guaranteed. We will send you a confirmation email.
- If you make a reservation on request (orange color), we will confirm the availability and the rate with the hotel first. Once we know, our Concierge will contact you. If there is no availability, you will be offered other alternatives.

What is the difference between direct booking and booking on request?
If the reservation is direct, the user only has to select the desired room and make the payment. We will send you a confirmation email. All you have to do is pack your suitcase! The accessible room is guaranteed.
All hotels advertised on Travegali offer accessible rooms, but this type of room may not be available for the dates you have selected. In that case, you can make a reservation on request. Once we receive your request, we will confirm directly with the hotel if they can offer you an adapted room. Our Concierge will contact you to inform you.
The payment of the reservation on request will not be made until we have confirmed the availability directly with the establishment.
Is it possible to filter the hotel results by their accessible facilities (such as a WC with grab bars or a swimming pool with a hydraulic chair)?
Yes. When the search results appear you will see several filters on the left. You can select if you are looking for accommodation with an access ramp, accessible bathtub, roll-in shower and/or lowered sink, among other filters.
Am I guaranteed my accessible room if I book with Travegali?
Yes, we guarantee an accessible room. If the reservation is on request, payment will not be made until we have confirmed availability directly with the hotel.
What can I do if there is no availability or I can’t find the hotel I want to go to?
Contact our concierge. They will find the best option for you.
I am looking for availability in a destination, but hotels only appear on request. How can I formalize the reservation?
Make the reservation request in order for our concierge service to contact you and guarantee the accessible room. The payment of the reservation on request will not be made until we have confirmed the availability directly with the hotel.
What are the payment options?
You can pay securely through your MasterCard, VISA, VISA Electron or 4B credit card.
How do I change or cancel my reservation?
By making a reservation at a hotel, you accept its cancellation conditions, as well as other additional terms and conditions that may affect your reservation. Please note that some rates or special offers do not allow changes or cancellations. Therefore, we recommend that you read these conditions carefully before making the reservation. They will also send you the instructions to review, modify or cancel your reservation in the confirmation e-mail.
